As a Project Manager, Gary Richard has over 35 years experience in the Maritime Provinces developing many types of real estate products including, condominium, co-operative housing, senior’s special care facilities, special needs housing and community-based developments.
A Certified Engineering Technologist Gary has the technical skills, practical experience, and practical awareness to ensure that each project receives the careful personal attention it requires. Gary has worked in connection with a varied array of built places – from land development, residential construction, to the development of special care housing for seniors and those having special needs to managing the move-in.
Bill O'neill
Bill brings to the team a reputation for community building and caring for everyone in each housing development. Bill has been involved in the administration and management of over 45 multi-unit developments comprising of 1500 units in Senior, Non-Profit and Condominium and Co-operative Housing with an asset value of over fifty million dollars. All of these housing projects have all been financially successful and places where people want to live.
He has two years of post-secondary education in Business and Credit Management and has completed The Real Estate Institute of Canada’s Marketing and Management of Residential Properties course. His financial training, experience and commitment to people has lead him to a successful career as Operations Manager providing property management services to various housing forms throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. He is committed and driven to deliver property management that is not only financially successful but provides housing that people are excited about living there.

Sandra is a graduate of Management Administration with over 17 years of experience in customer service, business administration, and property management services.
Sandra brings her experience in property management from Ontario, where she looked after over 200 units in 4 properties, overseeing safety, maintenance, administrative and resident and owner relations of the buildings. She brings to Start To Finish her capacity to communicate in English and Spanish as well as her abilities as a problem solver.
